Transform travel setbacks into moments of escape by creating the Missed Flight Lounge — a pop-up experience at the TWA Hotel connected to JFK Airport.

Strategy
Activate worked with Edelman to create a lush Jungle bar in the center of the TWA hotel. This exclusive destination featured four primary engagement zones along with in-terminal surprise-and-delight moments to generate interest and content.
We also had brand ambassadors in various terminals handing out special Cayman Jack boarding passes to passengers who have missed their flights.
Production
To fully transform the environment, carpet was installed to mimic the natural landscape space and establish the foundation for the overall aesthetic. Greenery was strategically placed throughout the venue to create an immersive, jungle-inspired atmosphere. To complete the look, custom structure were designed and produced to align seamlessly with the original renderings, ensuring a cohesive and visually striking experience.

The Sunken Lounge was turned into a relaxing Oasis for guests to unwind between their missed or delayed flights!

Offered guests a selection of spa moments to decompress, including eye masks, face spritzes & chair massages.
Swag Bar - Exit
Before guests headed to their next flight, they were encouraged to pick up exclusive Cayman Jack Merch!
