Create a showstopping façade, multiple app engagement touchpoints, and a centerpiece that serves as both a booth focal point and stage.

Strategy

Our strategy focused on creating a highly visible and engaging booth experience that captured attention and drove traffic. We leveraged beMatrix to construct a towering 14-foot display that drew attendees to the heart of the tradeshow floor.

To further elevate the experience, we incorporated new technology-driven activities designed to engage visitors of all ages, making the booth a dynamic and interactive destination.

Without taking away from the footprint, we integrated a discreet and substantial back-of-house area, providing space to organize giveaways and securely store tool kits.

Production

Activate produced an impressive three-arch LED façade entryway, measuring 28 feet wide, 8 feet deep, and 14 feet high, and weighing approximately 2,000 pounds. This striking display served as a powerful visual draw, attracting thousands of visitors to the Bayer booth.

Collaborating with six Bayer brand teams, we managed the reception, organization, and distribution of over 12,000 giveaways, all while designing a cohesive environment that gave each brand its own distinct space.

Within a tight 4.5-day setup window, the Activate team efficiently assembled the 110' x 110' booth, carefully coordinating around heavy machinery and vendor load-in schedules to ensure a seamless installation.
