Client Ask
Create a showstopping façade, multiple app engagement touchpoints, and a centerpiece that serves as both a booth focal point and stage.

Strategy
Our strategy focused on creating a highly visible and engaging booth experience that captured attention and drove traffic. We leveraged beMatrix to construct a towering 14-foot display that drew attendees to the heart of the tradeshow floor.
To further elevate the experience, we incorporated new technology-driven activities designed to engage visitors of all ages, making the booth a dynamic and interactive destination.
Without taking away from the footprint, we integrated a discreet and substantial back-of-house area, providing space to organize giveaways and securely store tool kits.
Production
Activate produced an impressive three-arch LED façade entryway, measuring 28 feet wide, 8 feet deep, and 14 feet high, and weighing approximately 2,000 pounds. This striking display served as a powerful visual draw, attracting thousands of visitors to the Bayer booth.
Collaborating with six Bayer brand teams, we managed the reception, organization, and distribution of over 12,000 giveaways, all while designing a cohesive environment that gave each brand its own distinct space.
Within a tight 4.5-day setup window, the Activate team efficiently assembled the 110' x 110' booth, carefully coordinating around heavy machinery and vendor load-in schedules to ensure a seamless installation.

Activation
Immersive tradeshow space providing moments for each brand to tell their story with custom builds and interactions.
Entrance Arch
A custom LED arch leveraging SEG graphics and Bayer branding served as a key focal point for consumers, drawing them into the footprint.
Trophy Displays
Within the Dekalb Asgrow footprint, branded trophy displays highlighted first, second and third place winners and served as a central focal point for their booth space.
Interactive Kiosks
Highlighting winners with branded field signs, these custom four-sided kiosks served as an interactive central point for the Channel booth space.
Fully Branded Rooms
Each of the six rooms within the overall booth space featured custom branding specific to that brand's messaging and colors.
LED Hanging Sign
Creating visual impact from a distance, a custom LED Bayer Pill logo was created and rigged above the booth space to draw consumers from far and wide on the tradeshow floor.
Overhang Arch Entrances
Each booth space featured curved overhangs providing impactful entrances highlighting the different brands.
Video Booth
Within the Westbred footprint, a beMatrix built room served as a video booth space for show-goers to answer questions and share their story on social.
Custom Phone Booth
Farmers could hear straight from the growers in this unique phone booth activation space within the Crop Protection footprint.
