Bring the Bold New Ground theme to life by reimagining the experience to showcase innovation, highlight new technologies, and demonstrate how Bayer’s advancements directly drive farmer success.

Strategy
Our approach focused on communicating Bayer’s technology-driven leadership through a story that started with innovation and ended with real farmer outcomes. The reimagined layout guided guests through Bayer’s journey from today’s breakthroughs to tomorrow’s solutions using immersive storytelling, transparent design, and hands-on interaction.
We highlighted how Bayer develops and delivers new products faster than anyone else, making complex science approachable through interactive displays and tactile learning moments. Open seating and conversational zones invited personal engagement with agronomists, ensuring every interaction felt authentic, educational, and farmer-focused.
Production
Activate led the full design and build of the Bold New Ground tent, transforming a 60’ x 90’ footprint into an immersive, high-tech environment. Walk-through Greenhouses served as living exhibits of Bayer’s R&D process, while reimagined meeting areas with transparent plexiglass walls created open, collaborative spaces.
Neon signage defined key zones like New Solutions and Future Solutions, while interactive displays and feature kiosks showcased Bayer’s innovation pipeline. Every detail worked together to deliver a seamless, story-driven experience that positioned Bayer as the clear leader in agricultural innovation.
