Client Ask
Expand on Bayer’s “Acres of Potential” theme by enhancing existing assets, creating new interactive experiences and showcasing the latest agriculture solutions.

Strategy
Our strategy focused on creating a walk-through display that provided creative, educational, and interactive engagements for the farming community and their families. By utilizing Bayer’s extensive beMatrix inventory, we developed a seamless layout that guided visitors through the "Acres of Potential" journey, delivering an informative and engaging experience at every step.
Within an outdoor footprint, we combined a series of plots with multiple opportunities for attendees to interact directly with Bayer employees, fostering meaningful connections.
Production
Activate managed over 30 vendors to produce the impressive One Bayer Tent, The Plot, back of house and staff tents. The entire footprint totaled to over 2.25 acres of land in Boone, Iowa.
Original engagements included the shipping container merchandise store in The Plot, a carbon footprint LED bar bike for Genetics, educational pop-a-shot basketball for Traits, custom agronomist U.S. map touchscreen programming for Channel, and four backlit kiosks for Digital Farming to display their latest technological advances in the industry.

Activation
Creating a unified brand story for seven different Bayer brand stories within one tent space paired with an immersive, interactive corn plot.
Custom Entrance Arch
Fabricated entrance reusable arch featuring Bayer branded, LED integration and SEG Graphics creating an eye-catching exterior to the tent façade.
Modular Tradeshow Walls
Leveraging beMatrix and LED panels to create custom rooms for each of the Bayer Brands to tell their brand story bringing the “Acres of Potential” story to life within the space.
Custom 3D Waypoint
Dekalb Asgrow room within the tent featured custom waypoint as the central moment highlighting their product story and forcing flow around the space.
3D Logo Vignette
Within the Channel space, a custom 3D Channel logo served as a premium photo op with custom overlays for guests to pose and post their Bayer experience.
Container Store
Outside of the plot, a shipping container store popped up offering Bayer branded products and their affiliated brands for fans to purchase creating lasting impressions long after the show.
Pergola Check In
Entrance to the plot featured a pergola check in reminding consumers to sign in via the Bayer app for a chance to win a drone.
Market Stands
Sweet corn, watermelon and happy hour market stands flanked a live band creating a premium park experience and moment of reprieve from the overall show for consumers.
Puppy Adoptions
A little surprise and delight within the park was a puppy adoption station featuring local rescues where guests could donate to hold and play with the animals.
