Launch and manage the 360 gifting program created to recognize Delta's most loyal Delta 360 Members.

Strategy

Activate partnered with Delta to design and deliver a luxury gifting experience welcoming loyal travelers into the exclusive Delta 360° Club. Our strategy was to translate the Club’s elevated, concierge-level service into a seamless physical and digital journey that reinforced Delta’s commitment to premium hospitality, personalization, and effortless travel. We curated a selection of the most sought-after travel items of 2024, adding bespoke touches to ensure each member felt individually recognized while connected to an elite community. To support the experience, we built a custom microsite that functioned as a digital concierge and managed end-to-end customer service, sourcing, and fulfillment,  delivering a white-glove, brand-aligned experience from selection through delivery.

Design

Activate brought the Delta 360° welcome experience to life through a premium, large-scale gifting program designed to feel both exclusive and deeply personal. We produced and distributed 7,500 custom mailer kits domestically and internationally, ensuring every detail reflected the elevated standards of the Delta 360° Club. The experience began with bespoke packaging: a matte-finish magnetic mailer featuring UV spot gloss logos for a refined, tactile unboxing moment. Inside, six distinct insert variations highlighted the range of curated gifting experiences members could choose from, reinforcing both flexibility and personalization. From 360° embroidered details to individualized touches woven throughout the kit, every element was designed to create a memorable, concierge-inspired moment that extended the Club experience beyond travel and into the home.
