Client Ask
Design, fabricate, and produce all key physical environments for Baldor Specialty Foods' 2026 BITE event from welcome moments and the main stage to themed activations and exhibitor booths.

Strategy
Activate built the event around a Boardwalk meets BITE concept, transporting guests to carefree, sun-filled days while keeping food and connection at the center. Every environment was designed to invite participation, spark spontaneity, and make the joy of the day feel as good as it tasted. Exhibitor booths balanced individuality with cohesion — customizable enough to tell each brand's story, unified enough to feel like one seamless world.
Production
The boardwalk-inspired entrance set the tone with a nod to the BITE mascot. A dynamic main stage evoked sun and waves, built to host multiple panels and interviews. Rustic farm stands with striped awnings displayed fresh product and spotlighted individual brands. An outdoor tented boardwalk area invited guests to relax, sample, and engage with branded booths and games. The indoor BITE Lounge offered a colorful retreat trimmed with florals, bistro lights, and oversized sculptural elements. Four-Star and Five-Star exhibitor packages gave vendors templated or fully bespoke booth designs to stand out on the floor.
